What is a van ply lining kit?

A van ply lining kit is a set of pre-cut plywood panels made to fit the inside walls, doors and floor of your van. Fitting ply lining protects the van's bodywork from dents and damage caused by tools and shifting loads.

Why should I ply line my van?

Protection - it shields the van's panels from damage from the inside. Insulation - it adds a layer of thermal and sound insulation. Resale value - it keeps the load area in good condition, which helps when you come to sell the van.

Will your kits fit my van?

Each kit is designed for a specific make, model, length and year range, so choose the exact kit for your van. Options such as barn doors or tailgate, side loading doors and tie-down holes are selected on the product page. If you're not sure which kit you need, call us on 01733 609930.

What materials are used in the kits?

We use quality plywood from well-managed, certified suppliers. Our kits typically use 6mm ply for the walls and doors and 9mm ply for the floor and wheel arch covers.

Can I fit the ply lining kit myself?

Yes. Our kits are designed for DIY fitting. Each kit comes with a 2D fitting diagram and the fixings you need.

How are the kits made?

Every kit is designed in CAD and cut on our own CNC machines, so panels are accurate and consistent every time.

How long does delivery take?

All kits are made to order and we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is a flat £34.99. See our delivery information for full details.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses. Please contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange.

Can I collect my kit?

Yes. You can choose collection from our workshop at 7 Dobson Way, Peterborough, PE1 5XJ at checkout.

Do you offer installation?

We supply kits for DIY fitting and don't currently offer an installation service. If you'd prefer professional fitting, we recommend a local van fitter.

Can I customise my ply lining kit?

Our standard kits are designed for the best fit and function. If you need something different, contact us to talk through the options.
